We have a great bunch of these. I think it was the best idea I ever saw on the internet. So go buy a sink. They are the bomb.
Like the idea of putting a sink on the island, you want to have something to wash your hands on. A sink is a must. I think we all know by now that a sink is the best, because if you don’t have one, you’re going to have to wash your hands with one. A sink is also the best thing to keep your dishes clean, because you can put it right next to your table, and your dishes won’t sit on it.
I think it’s the best idea ever, but you also have to consider storage. It would be nice to have a little place to store your utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. in. The perfect place to keep all your crap in would be your kitchen island. You can also put all your plates in there for easier cleaning.
